However, their true vibrational nature is without third-density vibrational characteristics, and therefore they are able to materialise and dematerialize when necessary.

Ra: I am Ra. The root cause of blockage is the lack of the ability to see the other-self as the Creator, or to phrase this differently, the lack of love.
